Terms of Service.

1. Using the website

These terms apply to your use of skate3-browser.com, including its game pages, guides, and navigation. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

The site currently lets visitors read guides and open players without registering or paying a fee to us. An external game may offer separate features under its provider’s conditions. A link or player does not make that service part of our operation.

2. Independent website and external games

Skate 3 Browser is an independent fan website. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Electronic Arts or Black Box. We do not claim to own the embedded games or provide an official console release.

The homepage embeds a community browser project. Street Skater – City, Skate Our Souls, Tap Tricks (Jam Version), and Hippy Skate are supplied through itch.io. Their providers control the software, servers, in-game features, and any separate terms presented in the players.

Follow any applicable age requirements and instructions from the provider. If you are not old enough to accept the relevant terms yourself, involve a parent or guardian before using the service.

3. Game data and compatibility

The homepage fan project may require a compatible WebGPU browser, suitable graphics hardware, and data from your own converted copy of Skate 3. This website does not distribute the original game files, supply a game license, or grant permission to obtain or use someone else’s files.

Only use game data you are entitled to use, and follow the current player instructions. Do not send game files, passwords, or license keys to our contact address.

Device support varies by game. A page opening successfully does not guarantee that every game mode, controller, mobile input, or multiplayer feature will work.

4. Responsible use

Use the site and its players lawfully and without disrupting other visitors or external services. In particular:

• Do not attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data.
• Do not introduce malicious code or deliberately overload the website or game services.
• Do not bypass access restrictions or interfere with provider security controls.
• Do not use the contact channel for harassment, spam, or material you are not entitled to share.

5. Guides, availability, and progress

Our pages are practical references based on published instructions and limited checks of the embedded games. Controls, versions, and loading behavior can change. The homepage’s observed menu and Freeskate-loading flow do not amount to confirmation of a complete skating session.

The site and games are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free instructions, a particular score, or compatibility with every device. We may update a guide, replace an embed, or remove an unavailable listing.

Reloading a player, clearing browser data, or leaving a game can lose progress. We do not operate a save-backup service and cannot restore progress or resolve provider-side purchases, accounts, or matchmaking.

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude rights or responsibilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

6. Content and ownership requests

Game software, artwork, names, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on this site does not transfer ownership or grant a license to redistribute them. Respect the rights that apply to the games and to this website’s original content.

If you believe a listing, credit, or item of content needs correction or removal, use our Contact page. Identify the page, the material, your relationship to it, and your requested change so the report can be reviewed.

7. Privacy, changes, and questions

Read the Privacy Policy to understand website requests, email correspondence, and third-party game players. External links and in-game interfaces may be governed by separate provider terms and notices.

Changes to these terms will be posted here with an updated date. Check the current version when returning to the site. Questions about these terms can be sent to support@skate3-browser.com.
